Shipping and Returns

At Koliè 925, each jewel is carefully prepared, checked before shipping, and carefully packaged, because we want the moment of delivery to be part of the experience.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 7 working days from payment confirmation.

Delivery typically takes place within:

Italy: 24/48 hours
Islands and remote areas: 3-5 working days
International: 3-5 working days

During periods of high demand, holidays, collection launches, or promotions, preparation and delivery times may vary slightly.

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code, so you can follow the shipment until delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before order confirmation.

Damaged package or delivery anomalies

If the package appears visibly damaged, open, or tampered with upon delivery, we recommend accepting it with reservation or refusing delivery.

In any case, contact us within 24 hours of receipt at marianna@mattiamazza.it, attaching photos of the package and the product received.

Returns and right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to provide any reason.

Conditions for accepting returns

To be accepted, the product must be returned:

• intact;
• unworn;
• unused;
• complete with original packaging, any pouch, case, tags, and accessories received;

• without signs of wear, scratches, alterations, or damage.

Jewelry must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn and if any seals or hygienic protections have not been removed.

Personalized products

It is not possible to return personalized jewelry, made to order, engraved, or modified according to specific customer instructions, except in case of product defect or non-conformity.

Return costs

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the received product is defective, incorrect, or not in conformity with the order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Koliè 925 cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages during return transit.

Refund

Once the return is received and the integrity of the product is verified, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment, as required by applicable regulations.

Any extra shipping costs, additional services, or express shipping will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to Koliè 925.

Product exchange

We do not currently guarantee direct product exchange.

If you wish to exchange a piece of jewelry for another model, color, or size, you can return the received item and place a new order on the website.

Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a defective, damaged, or different product from the one ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at marianna@mattiamazza.it, attaching clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will verify the report and, if confirmed, we will arrange for replacement, refund, or the most suitable solution for the case.

Warranty

Koliè 925 jewelry is made of 925 silver and is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by current legislation.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impacts, contact with perfumes, creams, detergents, chlorine, salt water, intense sweating, improper storage, or normal wear and tear of the jewelry.

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend storing it in its original packaging, away from humidity, heat sources, and chemical substances.
